Islamic Revolution Victory Brought about Power, Dignity for Iranian Nation
Tehran’s interim Friday prayer leader said the victory of the Islamic Revolution brought about power and dignity for the Iranian nation.
In his Friday prayer sermons yesterday, February 8, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Movahedi-Kermani added that the strength of the nation came as a result of solidarity and unity as well as following the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran Imam Khomeini (RA).
He underlined that the power and dignity of the nation are enhanced through the guidelines of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khamenei.
Ayatollah Movahedi-Kermani referred to Bahman 22 (February 11, 1979 when the Islamic Revolution achieved victory) as a day when it was manifested that God supports the front of the truth even if Kufr (infidelity), Shirk (polytheism), and Nifaq (hypocrisy) get together and work against the truth.
He referred to God’s promise in the Quran to assist the faithful and said the ploys of the enemies and the world arrogance will backfire and lead to their own collapse ultimately.
The interim Friday prayer leader of Tehran further said that in the course of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khomeini (RA) stood up against conspiracies and gave confidence to the hearts of the people.
