Cultural-Art Courses for Iranians Underway in Malaysia

On the occasion of Ten-Day Fajr (dawn) Festival, the first edition of cultural and art courses for Iranians residing in Malaysia has been underway since February 2 in Kuala Lumpur.
According to IQNA’s ICRO branch, the opening ceremony of the course was held with the participation of Iran’s cultural attaché in Malaysia and Iranian families residing in the country.
The Iranian official noted that promotion of understanding and boosting relation between the Iranian families and the Malay society and developing cultural and social skills of the Iranian community are among the objectives of the courses.
The courses feature calligraphy, painting, handicrafts, creativity and story-telling skills.
Iran’s Cultural Center in Malaysia is hosting the course until March 9.
