Winners of Quran & Hadith Olympiad to Be Honored in Mashhad
A ceremony is to be held in the holy city of Mashhad on Tuesday to honor those winning titles in the 18th Quran and Hadith Olympiad of Al-Mustafa international University.
Musa Al-Reza Ansarimehr told IQNA that the ceremony will begin at 9:30 at the university’s center in Mashhad.
Head of Al-Mustafa University’s General Assembly Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Hossein Mahdavimehr is to deliver a speech at the program, he said.
He noted that a number of students from Mashhad branch of the university won titles in the Quran and Hadith Olympiad, including Seyyed Sadeq Ehsani in the memorization of the entire Quran category and Seyyed Morteza Alalvi in the prayer reading category.
The Olympiad was held on January 26-28 in the holy city of Qom.
