Kuwait Awqaf Ministry’s Plan to Take care of Quran
Kuwait’s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has an "ambitious vision" to taking exceptional care of Holy Quran in line with a well-organized education system, a ministry official said.
Acting Undersecretary Dr. Mutlaq Al-Qarawi said the growing number of people memorizing the Holy Quran was the fruit of great care of the Quran by the Holy Quran Department.
He was speaking in a ceremony in which 166 females and 95 males were honored for the memorization of Quran.
Al-Qarawi said the Ministry’s Holy Quran Department was keen on increasing the number of people who memorize Quran and those who properly recite Quran.
