People’s High Turnout in Election Demonstrated Their Devotion to Islamic Revolution

A member of the Majlis said people’s massive turnout in the presidential election was a manifestation of the nation’s devotion to the Islamic Revolution.
Speaking to IQNA’s South Khorasan branch, Morad Hashemzehi added that the June 14 election was a political epic and the true demonstration of the Islamic Establishment’s religious democracy.
He underlined that very ballot cast in the ballot boxes on Friday, June 14, was an arrow aimed at the enemies and ill-wishers of the Islamic Establishment.
Representative of Nahbandan and Sarbishe in the Majlis said that through their high turnout in the election, the Iranian people safeguarded the accomplishments of the Islamic Republic and disappointed the enemies and ill-wishers.
He went on to say that political epic was materialized through public participation in the votes and now the nation is waiting for the president-elect and his government to bring about the economic epic.
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khamenei in the beginning of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21) named it the Year of Political and Economic Epic.
