President Congratulates Counterparts on Occasion of Ramadan

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sent congratulatory letters to heads of Muslim states and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to congratulate them on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
The president hoped that in this month, unity and cooperation will develop among all nations and the world will see the expansion of peace, sustainable global stability and elimination of injustice and discrimination.
Ahmadinejad also hoped for well-being and success for heads of Muslim countries and Muslim nations.
Iran and most other Muslim nations celebrated the start of the holy month of Ramadan began on Wednesday, July 10, while a number of Muslims countries began the month of fasting on July 9.
