Imam Reza’s (AS) Seerah, Best Model for Religious Lifestyle
Head of the Majlis’ Social Commission said the Seerah of Imam Reza (AS) is the best model for religious lifestyle.
Speaking to IQNA, Abdul Reza Azizi added that informing the younger generation about the teachings and Seerah of the eighth Imam (AS) will help them have a more profound understanding of the Islamic lifestyle.
Referring to the political Seerah of Imam Reza (AS), he said the main characteristic of the Imam’s political decisions is the link between politics and religion and the presence of sublime Islamic ethics in his political logic.
Azizi said there have been many influential characters who rectified the path of Iranians in history, the most prominent example being the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran Imam Khomeini (RA).
The MP underlined that the role of Imam Reza’s (AS) political logic in great decision-makings in history should be studied closely.
Azizi went on to say that the teachings of the eighth Imam (AS) have always been a source of guidance for Iranian people.
He referred to an upcoming conference featuring Imam Reza’s (AS) political teachings, calling on scholars and researchers to actively take part in the conference.
