Qatar Distributes Quran Copies in Somalia’s Schools

TEHRAN (IQNA) - Qatar’s RAF Foundation distributed copies of the Holy Quran in different Quran memorization schools in Somalia.

According to Al-Raya newspaper, it was one of the new projects of the foundation implemented in line with its humanitarian and educational objectives.

The foundation said some 4000 Quran copies in Othman Taha script were gifted to the Somalian Quran students in this project.

Dissemination of the Holy Quran’s teachings is among the main objectives of the foundation.

It had also distributed more than 5600 Quran copies in Somalia last month.
