Bahrain’s Al Wefaq Condemns Terror Attack in Kuwait

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Al Wefaq National Islamic Society in Bahrain condemned Friday’s “atrocious terror attack” on the Imam Sadiq (AS) Mosque in Kuwait.

 Al Wefaq in a statement stressed that what happened in Kuwait was another attempt to jeopardize stability and security in all Muslim nations.

"This is a declaration of an open war on Muslim nations".

It added that those who support sectarian tribunes share responsibility for Friday’s crime in Kuwait.

Al Wefaq believes that counter terrorism entails joint efforts and cooperation to deter the threat of and uproot terrorism, the statement further said.

“This cannot be achieved unless the reasons behind its existence are put to an end.”
