TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Chicago Northwest chapter of Muslim Youth Association in Chicago, the US, will host a Holy Quran exhibition from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the city’s Sycamore Public Library.

The purpose of the exhibition is to provide local residents with an introduction to Islam and identify commonalities between Islam and the other major religions of the world.

The goal is to help educate and dispel common myths and misunderstandings about Islam.

According to Daily Chronicle, those who attend will be able to ask questions, including but not limited to: What is Islam? What is the Holy Quran? What is the status of women and their rights in Islam?

These exhibitions are part of a 2016 national effort taking place in more than 60 towns across the U.S.
