Iranian Center in Tokyo Holding Ramadan Programs

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Iranian Cultural Center in Tokyo, Japan, has organized special programs on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

 

According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the programs, which are held online due to coronavirus restrictions, started on April 25.

They are organized in cooperation with the Iranian Embassy in Japan.

Ramadan supplications, Tawasheeh performance, Adhan, religious speeches, Quran recitation and special ceremonies for Ghadr nights are among the programs of the center in the holy month.

Mahdi Ghasemi, an expert in religious issues, presents speeches every night.

The programs can be watched live vie Instagram and YouTube channels of the center.

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar in which Muslim all around the world fast from dawn to sunset.

They also devote a considerable amount of time during this month to reading and contemplating the Quran.
