No Differentiation between Turkey, US in Resisting Occupation: Iraq’s Nujaba
According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-Nujaba in Iran, Spokesman of al-Nujaba Nasr al-Shammari warned Ankara that the Islamic Resistance does not differentiate between the Turkish and American occupiers in protecting Iraq’s territorial integrity and confronting the aggressors.
Al-Shammari emphasized that the Iraqi people, parliament and government must end any occupation of the country and announced, “We in the Islamic Resistance do not look at Turkey as we do in regards to the United States, except on the issue of the occupation of Iraqi territory.”
In a tweet, al-Shammari referred to diplomatic messages, threats and attacks from various parts of the country by Turkey and stated, “It is better to ask their predecessors [the American occupiers] about the price they will have to pay for this.”
In conclusion, he warned Turkey once again, “The wise should learn from the experiences of others.”
