Afghanistan Situation A Lesson for US Mercenaries, Allies: Iraq’s Nujaba
According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-Nujaba in Iran, Nasr al-Shammari considered the events in Afghanistan as carrying two important messages.
Al-Shammari described the nationalist and patriotic currents as the addressees of the first message and reminded them, “Had it not been for the religious authority, the Islamic Resistance, the Popular Mobilization Forces and our honest ally, in 2014 Baghdad would have met the fate that Kabul met in 2021.”
He pointed out that the second message of these developments is addressed to the partners, propagandists and allies of the United States, as well as their humiliated accomplices, “Do you not learn a lesson from Afghanistan and abandonment of the people of this country to the swords of the Taliban? Especially as long as the way to return to the homeland is still open.”
In the end, al-Nujaba’s spokesman stressed that the day of the withdrawal of the United States from Iraq is not far off.
