TEHRAN (IQNA) – Kuwait's Hofath Charity Organization is offering a new curriculum for children to learn Quran more easily.

Called 'Hofath training rules', the method is being used in several centers affiliated with the charity, said Adel al-Draiban, an official with the organization.

The method focuses on giving basic instructions to children between the ages of 4 to 6 and seeks to improve the children's recitation and writing ability besides making their handwriting clearer, said al-Draiban.

It teaches the Quran's recitation and writing at the same time as students learn to write down Quranic verses while reciting them, he said.

Hofath method aims to link children with the Quran, he said, hoping that it could offer good services to the next generation of Quran learners.

He also called on those who can make donations to the charity at hofath.org so that the institute could further develop the plan.
