Course on ‘Quranic Concepts in Nahj al-Balagha’ Planned in Karbala

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Holy Quran Center of the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine in Karbala is planning a course on links between the Noble Quran and Nahj al-Balagha.

According to Al-Kafeel website, Sheikh Javad al-Nasrawi, director of the center, said that the course entitled “Quranic Concepts in Nahj al-Balagha” will be held on Thursdays at Hazrat Abbas (AS) shrine in Karbala, Iraq.

He said more than 30 masters from the center and its other branches from across the country will participate in the course.

Participants have received texts from Nahj al-Balagha and will extract the Quranic concepts of them, he noted.

This is the first course of its kind that studies links between the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha, said the Sheikh, adding that masters of the course are Nahj al-Balagha experts and those who know the book by heart.

The Holy Quran Center of the Astan of Hazrat Abbas (AS) is striving for serving the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha by staging various courses and Quranic programs and several other technical courses will also be held accordingly in near future, al-Nasrawi said.
