Desecration of Quran ‘Uncivilized Move, Should Be Stopped’: Malaysian Activist
KUALA LUMPUR (IQNA) – A Malaysian activist believes the desecration of the Holy Quran is an uncivilized action and the Sweden government should not allow the repetition of such offensive acts under the name of the freedom of expression.
Muhammad Azmi Abdulhamid, President of the Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organizations (MAPIM), made the remarks in a video message he sent to IQNA following a recent desecration of the Holy Quran in Stockholm, Sweden.
