Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei made the statements on Sunday in a meeting with organizers, participants, and members of the panel of arbiters of Iran’s 41st International Holy Quran Competitions that was held late last month in Mashhad.
"The Quran is the miracle of the Prophet (PBUH), and throughout history and for thousands of years to come, people will witness it before their eyes," he said, describing every aspect of the Quran—including its words, structure, and meanings—as miraculous.
"The continuation of the Quranic and prophetic miracle is a great blessing for humanity and the world of existence," said the Leader.
He urged believers to draw guidance from the Quran, asserting that it offers solutions to all human problems. "If we benefit from this great miracle, human life will be set on the right path, and all difficulties will be resolved," he stated.
Ahead of his speech, a number of qaris, including top winners of the competition from Iran and Egypt, recited verses from from the Holy Quran.

Referring to faith in divine promises, he called for certainty in God's power to transform the impossible into reality. "We must believe that by God's permission, a small group can overcome a larger one," he said, citing the recent war in Gaza as an example.
"If someone had said that tiny Gaza would confront a major power like the U.S. military and prevail, would anyone have believed it? No one would have thought it possible, but by God's permission, it happened."

Addressing contemporary struggles, Khamenei noted that Iran, the Islamic world, and humanity as a whole face challenges, some of which may seem insurmountable. "But that is not the case," he said. "To resolve them, we must place our trust in God and be certain that if we take action, divine support will follow."
He also drew a distinction between Iran and other nations in their stance toward the United States. "The difference between the Iranian nation and others is that we dare to say America is a liar, an oppressor, and an arrogant power. We are not afraid to say 'Death to America,'" Ayatollah Khamenei said.
He argued that while many nations recognize the U.S. deceit and imperialism, they lack the courage to openly confront it. "If people do not play their part, results will not be achieved … One must be patient, strive, and struggle to see the outcome," he added.
The Iranian leader also reflected on the growth of Quran recitation in Iran in the past few decades. "When I was young, the number of people in all of Mashhad who could recite the Quran with proper Tajweed did not exceed ten. Today, it has reached thousands," he said, praising efforts made to enhance Quranic education.
