Series of Hadith Explanation Sessions Launched in India

IQNA – A series of Hadith explanation sessions began in India today in cooperation with Egypt’s ministry of Awqaf.

The Sunni Indian Islamic Cultural Center University hosts the series, according to el-Balad news.

Osama Al-Azhari, Egypt’s Minister of Awqaf, inaugurated the series, organized by the Sunni Indian Islamic Cultural Center University with a keynote speech.

His lecture, delivered remotely, was titled “Prophetic Hadith from the Perspective of Narration and Science” and was presented at a scholarly session attended by Sheikh Abdurrahman Al-Faydi, the university’s president.

Sheikh Abubakar Ahmed, the Grand Mufti of India, chaired the session, with a group of scholars, university professors, and students in attendance.

The president of the Sunni Indian Islamic Cultural Center University expressed gratitude to Egypt’s Minister of Awqaf, stating that his participation reflects the esteemed position of Egypt’s Ministry of Awqaf in supporting scholarly and outreach activities worldwide and strengthening fraternal relations and cooperation among religious institutions.

The series of Hadith explanation sessions is part of Egypt’s academic engagement with scholars and religious institutions worldwide.
