
The Jihadi Culture Department, in cooperation with the Public Mobilization Office in Maeen District organized the event, during which the Public Mobilization official of Southern Madhbah, Ali Al-Waisi, praised the efforts of teachers and those supervising the remembrance circles in teaching the Book of Allah and nurturing a generation armed with awareness and insight, while reinforcing their faith-based identity and Quranic culture.
He emphasized that this group of graduates represents the true fruit of the great attention given by the leader of the revolution, Abdul-Malik Badreddin Al-Houthi, to building a Quranic generation fortified with knowledge and noble values.
Al-Waisi said students of Quranic circles serve as the highest example of ethics and human excellence.
He urged parents to enroll their children in schools and Quranic circles to protect them from the dangers of soft war and enemy schemes targeting youth and attempting to distort their faith-based identity.
Al-Waisi also called on everyone to prepare spiritually for the holy month of Ramadan by strengthening their connection to the Quran, reflecting on its verses, and attentively following the Ramadan lectures of the leader, which contribute to the purification of the soul and the consolidation of Quranic and faith-based culture.
The ceremony, attended by the Director of Madhbah Police Department, Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Rajeh, along with a number of sheikhs, community leaders, neighborhood heads, and a large gathering of residents, included speeches by the graduates, Quranic, religious chanting, and various student performances, all expressing pride in adhering to the Quranic methodology and faith identity.

At the conclusion, honorary certificates and symbolic gifts were distributed to the students graduating from the Quranic circles.
