A group of prominent scholars and thinkers from different parts of the Islamic world participated in the program.

According to Al-Kawthar Global Network Public Relations, this webinar aimed to examine the strategic dimensions of America's confrontation with the Islamic Republic of Iran from a legal perspective, the doctrine of resistance, and future studies.

The participants analyzed regional and international trends within the framework of the decline of American hegemony.

In this online forum, the first axis, titled “Theory of Hegemonic Collapse; From Threat to Reality”, was dedicated to examining objective indicators of America's declining influence in the West Asian region. The speakers raised the question of why the United States, despite repeated threats, avoids entering a large-scale war against Iran, and analyzed the reasons for this approach, considering it to be due to the increasing costs of war and the experience of previous defeats in the region.

The second theme, titled “Future Scenarios; From Deterrence to New Equation-Making,” was dedicated to drawing a five-year perspective on the US-Iran confrontation. In this section, scenarios such as the gradual retreat of the US, the intensification of proxy crises, and the acceptance of the reality of a new regional power were discussed. The role of scholars in the Islamic world in confronting the “Iranophobia” project was also emphasized.

In the third theme, titled “Strategic Failure; Lessons and Civilizational Consequences,” the participants examined the possible consequences of the weakening of America’s position in the international system, and assessed this development as a catalyst for a change in the global order and strengthening the position of the nations of the region, including Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine. The concept of “battle of wills” within the framework of resistance jurisprudence was also considered as one of the determining factors in this process.

At the end of this webinar, a statement was issued titled “The True Promise: The Collapse of Hegemony.” This statement emphasized the key role of increasing insight in confronting soft war, the legitimate right of the Islamic Republic of Iran to create deterrence, and signs of the decline of American unilateralism.

Also in this statement, the scholars from the Islamic world emphasized the continuation of the path of resistance, strengthening the unity of the Islamic Ummah, and confronting common challenges, and considered this webinar an effective step towards intellectual and strategic synergy in the Islamic world.

Al-Kawthar Global Network Public Relations announced that such meetings will continue in order to strengthen the resistance discourse and examine regional and global strategic developments.
