In Rami Jamarat, pilgrims throw pebbles at stone pillars in Mina, near Mecca, to symbolize the stoning of the devil and the rejection of temptation.
After Wuquf at Arafat and Baituta in Muzdalifah, pilgrims arrived in Mina this morning, to perform the rituals of Jamarat of Aqaba on the day of Eid al-Adha. These rituals are part of the rituals of the Day of Sacrifice, which include slaughtering an animal, shaving or cutting the hair, and Ifaza circumambulation.
The Jamarat area witnessed a large number of people, and all service agencies used their maximum resources, including strengthening the relief and medical teams and expanding the guidance and awareness teams around this place, to provide a safe and comfortable environment for pilgrims while performing the rituals.
