
Speaking in an interview with IQNA, Mohammad al-Bukhaiti compared the martyrdom of the Leader with the Ashura incident, saying jst as Imam Hussein (AS) made achievements with his martyrdom that were not possible during his lifetime, the martyrdom of the Leader of the Revolution also strengthened the resistance front and further unified the Iranian nation.
He emphasized Iran’s pivotal role in the resistance front and said Iran was the pioneer in forming the axis of resistance and the Martyr Leader of the Revolution played a decisive role in creating, strengthening, and supporting resistance groups, especially in Palestine and Lebanon.
Al-Bukhaiti added that America thought that by targeting the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, it would be able to end the battle with the axis of resistance to its own advantage, but it did not achieve its goals.
The martyrdom of the Leader of the Revolution not only did not weaken Iran, but it strengthened the unity of the Iranian people even more than before, and the response of the Iranian army and nation to the American aggression was a decisive and powerful response, he said, adding that Washington failed to achieve its goals.
