Shawarwari na Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya ga masu azumi

Tehran (IQNA) Hukumar lafiya ta duniya ta fitar da shawarwarin kiwon lafiyar masu azumi a cikin watan Ramadan. Shan isasshen ruwa da nisantar soyayyen abinci suna cikin waɗannan shawarwarin.

A rahoton Hindustan Times, watan Ramadan zai fara ne a mako mai zuwa, kuma al’ummar Musulmi a fadin duniya suna kirga lokacin fara wannan wata mai alfarma.

A kowace shekara Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya tana ba da shawarwarin yin azumi lafiya a cikin watan Ramadan. A wannan shekara, wannan ƙungiyar ta buga waɗannan shawarwari:

Wannan lokacin na musamman na shekara ya kusan nan. Ana gab da gudanar da gagarumin buki na Musulunci.
