Quranic Community Urged to Increase Society's Political Insight
A Quran expert has urged Iran’s Quranic community to play a more effective role in increasing people’s insight in political, economic and cultural arenas.
Talking to IQNA, Mahdi Gharesheikhlou, head of Dar-ol-Quran al-Karim Organization, said that it is incumbent upon all Quran experts, activists, and figures to act upon the teachings of the Holy Quran and promote society’s insight regarding political, economic and cultural issues.
He added that the Quranic figures of a society should maintain their unity in order to be able to promote the political and religious insight of people.
Gharesheikhlou also said that Quranic insight will bring about political insight adding that these two are interconnected and that it is upon Quran activists to fulfill this obligation.
