In a letter signed by 154 MPs, they appreciated the efforts made by the organization and the Quran servants for organizing the international Quranic event.
The competition was held in Tehran’s Summit Hall Convention Center from May 31 to June 7.
75 countries sent their Quran reciters and memorizers to the contest, which was organized concurrent with the Eid of Mab’ath (call to prophethood).
Representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran came first in the two categories of the competition, namely recitation and memorization of the Holy Quran.
