Indonesia to Host Moderation in Islam Int’l Forum
TEHRAN (IQNA) – An international forum titled “Moderation in Islam; Aspects and Tendencies” will be held on October 17 to 20 by the branch of World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates in Indonesia.
According to youm7.com, the local government of West Nusa Tenggara province of the country will cooperate in holding the forum.
It is the fourth edition of the national forum to be organized for the Indonesian graduate students of Al-Azhar University.
Abbas Shuman, deputy of Al-Azhar’s Sheikh, OsamahYasin, Vice President of the organization, Abdul Dayim Nasir, Secretary General of the organization and advisor to the Sheikh of Al-Azhar are the Egyptian figures to participate in the program.
"The faith and disbelief in today’s issues”, "Fatwa and contemporary human issues” and "Islamic dissemination one of the principles of global peace” are the main three themes to be discussed in the 4-day program.
