Quranic Calligraphy Exhibition Mounted in Bahrain
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Ja’fari Awqaf Office in Bahrain has organized an exhibition of Quranic calligraphy in the holy month of Ramadan.
According to menafn.com, it said the media and public relations office of Bahrain Islamic Architecture Center has cooperated in holding the exhibition.
Tens of calligraphy artworks by Hassan Ale Heidar and Salman Akbar have been put on display at the exhibition.
Dua (supplication) in the Holy Quran is the main theme of the artworks.
The office also said that some 30 tableaus of Arabic scripts calligraphy including Kufi, Thulth, Naskh, Diwani and Riq’ah will be unveiled in the near future.
