Sheikh Akram al-Ka’abi said in a message that the Israeli regime has activated its mercenaries in Syria with the purpose of diverting the focus of the axis of resistance.
“However, such moves will have no effect on our resolve,” he underlined, according to An-Nujaba’s website.
He added that despite these developments, the resistance fronts will continue to focus on Al-Aqsa Mosque and supporting the Gaza Strip.
“We will not abandon our main goal, which is liberation of the occupied Palestine,” he underscored.
Foreign-backed terrorists led by the Hayat al-Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) launched a surprise assault in the Aleppo and Idlib countryside in Syria, overrunning several villages and towns before advancing towards Aleppo on November 27.
However, Syrian forces have halted their progress and are actively working to regain control of the lost territories.
