According to the website of the Astan (custodianship) of the holy shrine, this conference was organized by the Pakistani Association for the Holding Husseini Mourning Rituals with the theme ‘Hazrat Zahra (SA); A Symbol of Islamic Unity’.
It took place on the sidelines of the third annual festival ‘Hazrat Fatima Zahra (SA): The Path to Salvation’, on the occasion of the blessed anniversary of the birth of Hazrat Zahra (SA).
The festival was aimed at instilling Fatemi values and principles in the hearts of all segments of Muslim society.
Sheikh Salah al-Karbalaei, head of the Religious Affairs Department of the Astan, said that in this commemoration event, figures from different religions and sects, especially those who support unity between Islam and other religions, participated and spoke about the virtues of the beloved daughter of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

He added, “Our presence at this conference was at the invitation of the famous preacher, Mr. Shine Shah, one of the most prominent preachers in Pakistan.”
He noted that he spoke at this event and praised the depth of faith of the religious community in Karachi.
