Razavi Shrine to Host Mid-Shaaban Celebrations

IQNA – With the approach of the Mid-Shaaban Eid and the blessed birthday anniversary of the only savior of humanity, Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his glad advent), the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in Mashhad is ready to host celebrations marking the auspicious occasion.

According to Astan News, the special programs for the Mid-Shaaban Eid are mostly held at the Imam Khomeini (AS) grand portico of the mausoleum.

With the motto “Waiting for the Morning of Hope”, they will begin on Tuesday evening, February 3, after the Maghrib and Isha congregational prayers.

They will begin with the recitation of the Ziyarat of Aminullah. Other programs of this magnificent ceremony include a speech by religious scholar Hojat-ol-Islam Rafiee, recitation of the Tawasul Supplication, and eulogy recitations and Tawasheeh performances.

Similar programs will be organized at the holy shrine on Wednesday.

A large number of pilgrims are expected to visit the holy mausoleum of Imam Reza (AS) on the auspicious occasion.
