Ayatollah Khamenei Martyred in US-Israeli Attack, Iran Confirms

IQNA – Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei was martyred in the US-Israeli aggression on Iran Saturday.

In a statement, the Supreme National Security Council confirmed the martyrdom of the Leader. 

It said Ayatollah Khamenei was in his office when the Us-Zionist attack took place Saturday morning.

Media outlets affiliated to the Zionist regime and the region’s reactionary regime had claimed times and again that, fearing assassination attempts, the Leader lived in a safe and secret location.

The Iranian Cabinet of Ministers declared 40 days of national mourning following the martyrdom of Ayatollah Khamenei.
