Meeting Discusses Development Strategies for Quran Memorization Project in Iraq
The meeting took place at the Baghdad Holy Quran Center affiliated with the Holy Quran Scientific Assembly of the Astan of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine, Al-Kafeel reported.
It examined the mechanisms for strengthening the memorization project, following up on the process of teachers’ responsibility, and improving the educational level of Quran learners.
Sayid Muhammad al-Sudani, head of the memorization unit at this center, said the objectives of this meeting were to examine the most important challenges facing the teachers and approve programs to improve the level of Quran learners and organize Quran competitions.
The gathering was organized in line with the development programs that the Baghdad Holy Quran Center emphasizes and with the aim of improving the level of Quran learners at this center.
It is worth mentioning that this assembly implements various Quranic programs to cultivate capable reciters and memorizers of the Holy Quran.
