Quranic Convoy from Iran Tours Quran Center in Iraq’s Madain
During the third day of their trip to Iraq, they visited the Dar-ol-Quran Center of Hazrat Salman Farsi holy shrine in Madain on Friday.
They learned about the Quranic activities, programs and facilities of the center.
The delegation and the center’s officials also discussed sharing experiences in Quranic fields, including Quran teaching.
On Thursday, the Quranic convoy visited the Dar-ol-Quran Centers of Kadhimiya holy shrines.
Ibrahim Fallah Tabasim Chehreh, Yousef Izadi, Raad Alboghbish, Saeed Parvizi, Seyed Jassem Mousavi, Seyed Foad Shokavi, Vahid Vakili, Seyed Mostafa Hosseini, Hadi Esfidani and Shoja Zavidat are members of the convoy.
The group is due to hold 90 Quranic circles in Baghdad, Wasit, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Ninawa, and Diyala governorates till the martyrdom anniversary of Lt. General Qassem Soleimani on January 3.
General Soleimani, al-Muhandis, and a number of their entourage were killed in a strike by American drones near Baghdad International Airport in the early hours of January 3, 2020.
The White House and the Pentagon claimed responsibility for the assassinations, saying the attack was carried out at the direction of then US president Donald Trump.
