Four specialized committees comprising senior Quran experts and qaris of the country will serve as panels of judges.
The final stage is slated to begin on the first day of the holy month of Ramadan (April).
It will be broadcast on four TV channels, including al-Wataniya, al-Sahel and Shanqit.
Sixty-three top winners in different categories will be awarded cash prizes at the end of the competition.
