Meeting Discusses Global Dissemination of Tasnim Quran Exegesis
It was hosted by the Israa International Foundation for Revelational Sciences, with the aim of analyzing the strategy and developing an operational roadmap for the systematic translation and publication of the Tasnim Exegesis of the Holy Quran in English and the global dissemination of this Quran interpretation.
The meeting, which was managed by the International Quran Center and promoted by the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO) as the secretary of the headquarters, is considered a practical step towards establishing the scientific authority of Islamic thought in the international arena.
At the beginning of this meeting, Hojat-ol-Islam Hosseini Neyshaburi, head of ICRO’s International Center for Quran and Propagation, said the main agenda of this elite assembly is to review and finalize the formulation of a strategic structure that will lead to the realization of the instructions and orders of the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution regarding the translation and global dissemination of the Tasnim Exegesis of the Holy Quran, because this work is a comprehensive charter of revealed rationality in the present era and our mission is the precise engineering of transferring this meaning to the elite departments of the world.
The meeting then examined different models and analyzed various proposals, and discussed key topics including advanced translation methodologies, intelligent use or non-use of artificial intelligence, audience research in areas of international influence and language validation at the academic level.
At the end of this meeting, it was decided that all members of the headquarters should send their proposed guidelines and expert opinions in writing to the Secretariat of the Quranic Diplomacy Headquarters located in the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization by the end of May at the latest, in order to finalize the implementation process, so that the operational phase of this civilization-building movement can begin with full coordination of the relevant agencies.

It follows the “Quran by Quran” method, presenting each selected verse through four stages: a summarized explanation, detailed interpretation, reflective insights, and analysis based on Hadith.
