
The opening ceremony was held at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla in the Iranian capital, with the participation of Quranic, religious and cultural officials, including Culture Minister Seyed Abbas Salehi.
Speakers at the ceremony highlighted the important role of the Holy Quran in guiding humanity to salvation and appreciated the organizers of the exhibition.
They also reiterated the Iranian’s nation’s deep-rooted connection with the Holy Book and described the expo as one of its manifestations.
The speakers also called the holding of the exhibition in the holy month of Ramadan as a great blessing.
The expo will run until March 6 with the slogan “Iran under the Protection of the Quran”.
The Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition is annually held during the holy month of Ramadan by the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
With various programs including specialized sessions, educational workshops, Quranic gatherings, and activities tailored for children and teenagers, the international event aims to promote Quranic concepts and activities.
