Foreign Forces Must Leave Region, Velayati Emphasizes

IQNA – An advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on international affairs underlined that foreign forces must leave the region.

“Recent developments were achieved with the steadfastness of the armed forces, the steadfastness of the Iranian people, and the courage of the resistance,” Ali Akbar Velayati wrote in a message on X. 

“The defeat of the US and the Zionist regime strengthened the belief that foreign forces, the main cause of insecurity, must leave the region,” he added.

He went on to say that regional countries can ensure security through increased cooperation.
