Words cannot express the deep sorrow and outrage that I feel for the
recent action s of President Trump against Iran. My heart goes out to
you and all of Iran for these actions. Many of us do not understand
how such a man could have ever emerged as president. I pray there will
be a swift and peaceful resolve to these events. From those of us who
care more about humanity than politics, our heart-felt sorrow is
shared with the people of Iran. If any of you feel that you cannot
continue to collaborate with AHP on the development of the saffron
monograph, I completely understand. We will continue our work and we
will do our best to honor the work of Iranian researchers. We pray for
peace.
