“Ma’ad” Book-Reading Contest in UAE
“Ma’ad” (Resurrection) is the theme of the 15th edition of book-reading contest to be held at Imam Hussein (AS) Mosque in the United Arab Emirates.
According to IQNA’s branch in Dubai, the call for attending the competition has been issued all over the country and those willing to participate should register at the mosque.
A book entitled “Ma’ad” by Martyr Mortaza Motahhari has been selected as the source of the contest.
Introduction of the Resurrection concept, Resurrection in the Holy Quran’s verses, various interpretations in this respect, and the nature of death in view of the Quran are some of the chapters of the book.
Other themes include life after death, dialogue between angles and humans, Resurrection in Imam Ali’s (AS) words and theological discussions
Book-reading contests are held in the UAE every month by the custodians of Imam Hussein (AS) Mosque in Dubai.
