The Appeals Court in Istanbul confirmed a 10-month suspended jail term to Say over social media posts deemed religiously offensive, arcinfo website reported.
A lower court had tried Say in absentia back in April and sentenced him to 10 months in prison for insulating Islamic values in Tweeter.
Say, who is currently living outside of Turkey, mentioned verses from the Holy Quran in his Tweeter page last year and insulted Islamic beliefs.
The court endorsed the ruling after a second retrial was held in Istanbul.
