بیانیه ستاد حقوق بشر درباره اعتراف ترامپ به ارسال سلاح برای اغتشاشگران
ستاد حقوق بشر با انتشار بیانیهای اعتراف علنی رئیسجمهور آمریکا را درباره ارسال مستقیم تسلیحات به اغتشاشگران در جریان رویدادهای دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در ایران را اقدامی آشکار در نقض اصول بنیادین حقوق بینالملل و منشور ملل متحد دانست و تاکید کرد: این اعتراف ثابت کرد که شعارهای دروغین آمریکا در دفاع از حقوق بشر و دموکراسی، تنها پوششی برای ارسال سلاح، ترور، تخریب و نقض حاکمیّت ملتهای مستقل بوده است.
به گزارش ایکنا، به نقل از مرکز رسانه قوه قضائیه، ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران با اعلام انزجار و محکومیت شدید، اعتراف صریح و علنی دونالد ترامپ، رئیسجمهور آمریکا را در مصاحبه با شبکه فاکسنیوز (۶ آوریل ۲۰۲۶) درباره ارسال مستقیم تسلیحات به اغتشاشگران در جریان رویدادهای دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در ایران، اقدامی آشکار در نقض اصول بنیادین حقوق بینالملل و منشور ملل متحد میداند و اعلام میکند که این اعتراف ثابت کرد که شعارهای دروغین آمریکا در دفاع از حقوق بشر و دموکراسی، تنها پوششی برای ارسال سلاح، ترور، تخریب و نقض حاکمیّت ملتهای مستقل بوده است.

ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران با اعلام انزجار و محکومیت شدید، اعتراف صریح و علنی دونالد ترامپ، رئیسجمهور ایالات متحده آمریکا را در مصاحبه با شبکه فاکس نیوز (۶ آوریل ۲۰۲۶) مبنی بر ارسال مستقیم تسلیحات به اغتشاشگران در جریان رویدادهای دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در ایران، اقدامی آشکار در نقض اصول بنیادین حقوق بینالملل و منشور ملل متحد میداند.
اعتراف ترامپ مبنی بر اینکه «ما برای معترضان اسلحه فرستادیم. ما کلی اسلحه برایشان فرستادیم (..)»، پرده از چهره واقعی سیاستهای مداخلهجویانه آمریکا در قبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران برداشته و ماهیت برنامهریزیشده، سازماندهیشده و مسلحانه اغتشاشات اخیر را به اثبات میرساند؛ اقدام آمریکا در ارسال سلاح به اتباع یک کشور دیگر با هدف براندازی یا ایجاد اغتشاش، مصداق بارز مداخله در امور داخلی و نقض صریح بند ۴ ماده ۲ منشور ملل متحد است که کلیه اعضاء را از تهدید به زور یا استفاده از آن علیه تمامیت ارضی یا استقلال سیاسی هر کشوری منع میکند.
ارسال انبوه سلاح به یک کشور، بهویژه از طریق گروههای بهاصطلاح تجزیهطلب، تضعیف امنیّت ملی ایجاد، هرجومرج، تخریب اموال عمومی و خصوصی و به شهادت رساندن شهروندان بیگناه و نیروهای حافظ امنیت را به دنبال دارد؛ این اقدام آمریکا مصداق بارز مداخله در امور داخلی، نقض حاکمیت و استقلال ملی است؛ همچنین، اقدامات مسلحانه با کمک تسلیحاتی و هدایت دولت آمریکا، منجر به نقض فاحش حق بنیادین حیات (ماده ۳ اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر و ماده ۶ میثاق بینالمللی حقوق مدنی و سیاسی) شده است.
ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران، این اعتراف صریح و رسمی را یک اقرار قانونی در عرصه بینالمللی تلقی کرده و آن را بهعنوان مبنای حقوقی به منظور طرح دعوای حقوقی و کیفری علیه رئیسجمهور و دولت متبوع آمریکا قلمداد مینماید.
دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران، این حق را محفوظ میدارد که با استفاده از محاکم بینالمللی، جنایات مرتکبه را ذیل مصداق «جنایت علیه بشریت» مورد پیگرد قرار دهد؛ این جنایات همچنین براساس قطعنامه ۲۶۲۵ مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد (اعلامیه اصول حقوق بینالملل در مورد روابط دوستانه و همکاری میان دولتها) نقض حقوق بینالملل شناخته میشوند.
ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران با استناد به اسناد بینالمللی ازجمله اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر (مواد ۳، ۵، ۹، ۲۸ و ۲۹)، میثاق بینالمللی حقوق مدنی و سیاسی (مواد ۱، ۶، ۹ و ۲۰)، قطعنامه ۳۳/۱۸ مجمع عمومی (اعلامیه مربوط به عدم مداخله در امور داخلی دولتها)، قطعنامه ۲۶۲۵ مجمع عمومی (اعلامیه اصول حقوق بینالملل در مورد روابط دوستانه)، و بند ۴ ماده ۲ منشور ملل متحد، دخالت تسلیحاتی آمریکا را بهشدت محکوم مینماید.
ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران با افشای این اعتراف، از تمامی نهادهای بینالمللی حقوق بشری و ناظران مستقل، بهویژه دفتر کمیساریای عالی حقوق بشر سازمان ملل، شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل و گزارشگر ویژه امور ایران، مجمع عمومی و شورای امنیت سازمان ملل میخواهد: ضمن محکومیت رسمی این اقدام، قطعنامهای فوری در محکومیت دخالت تسلیحاتی آمریکا در امور داخلی ایران صادر کنند و نام دونالد ترامپ و دیگر مقامات مسئول آمریکایی را بهعنوان جنایتکاران علیه بشریت و جنایتکاران جنگی برجسته نمایند.
ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران با قاطعیت اعلام میدارد که اعتراف ترامپ، یکی دیگر از رسواییهای سیاسی و حقوقی برای دولت آمریکا در دهههای اخیر است؛ این اعتراف ثابت کرد که شعارهای دروغین آمریکا در دفاع از حقوق بشر و دموکراسی، تنها پوششی برای ارسال سلاح، ترور، تخریب و نقض حاکمیت ملتهای مستقل بوده است.
دولت ایران ضمن محفوظ دانستن حق خود برای پیگیری قضایی این جنایت در همه مراجع بینالمللی، به آمریکا و همه دولتهای همدست در این اقدام هشدار میدهد که ایران هرگز از عدالتطلبی، مقابله با تروریسم دولتی و مداخلات فراقانونی کوتاه نخواهد آمد.

Statement by the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran Regarding the Confession of the President of the United States to the Shipment of Arms to Rioters in January 2026 and the Gross Violation of National Sovereignty and Human Rights in Iran
The High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran, expressing its profound abhorrence and strongest condemnation, views the explicit and public confession of Donald Trump, President of the United States, during an interview with Fox News (6 April 2026), regarding the direct shipment of weapons to rioters during the events of January 2026 in Iran, as a manifest violation of the fundamental principles of international law and the United Nations Charter. President Trump's admission that "We sent guns to the protesters. We sent them a lot of guns (…)” unveils the true nature of the interventionist policies of the United States towards the Islamic Republic of Iran and substantiates the premeditated, organized, and armed character of the recent unrest. The action of the United States in sending weapons to nationals of another state with the intent of subversion or inciting unrest constitutes a clear case of intervention in internal affairs and a flagrant breach of Article 2, Paragraph 4, of the United Nations Charter, which prohibits all Members from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.
The large-scale shipment of arms to a country, particularly through so-called separatist groups, results in the undermining of national security, the fomentation of chaos, the destruction of public and private property, and the martyrdom of innocent citizens and security forces. This action by the United States is a quintessential example of interference in internal affairs and a violation of national sovereignty and independence. Furthermore, armed actions facilitated by the weaponry and direction of the United States government have led to gross violations of the fundamental right to life (enshrined in Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights).
The High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran considers this explicit and official confession as a legal admission on the international stage and regards it as a juridical basis for initiating civil and criminal proceedings against the President and the relevant government of the United States. The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran reserves its inherent right to pursue the perpetrated crimes under the rubric of "Crimes against Humanity" before international judicial forums. These crimes also constitute violations of international law pursuant to General Assembly Resolution 2625 (Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States).
The High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran, invoking international instruments including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Articles 3, 5, 9, 28, and 29), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (Articles 1, 6, 9, and 20), General Assembly Resolution 33/18 (Declaration on the Inadmissibility of Intervention in the Internal Affairs of States), General Assembly Resolution 2625 (Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States), and Article 2, Paragraph 4 of the United Nations Charter, strongly condemns the armed intervention of the United States.
In light of this confession, the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran calls upon all international human rights bodies and independent observers, in particular the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the United Nations Human Rights Council, the Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the United Nations General Assembly, and the United Nations Security Council, to issue an immediate resolution condemning the armed intervention of the United States in the internal affairs of Iran, alongside a formal condemnation of this act and identify and designate Donald Trump and other responsible United States officials as perpetrators of crimes against humanity and war criminals.
The High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran firmly declares that President Trump's confession represents yet another political and legal scandal for the United States government in recent decades. This admission has proven that the false slogans of the United States in defense of human rights and democracy are merely a veneer for the shipment of weapons, assassination, destruction, and violation of the sovereignty of independent nations.
While reserving its right to pursue judicial redress for this crime in all competent international bodies, the government of Iran warns the United States and any complicit governments that Iran shall never relent in its pursuit of justice, its confrontation with state terrorism, and its opposition to extrajudicial interventions
