Speaking to IQNA, Seyyed Ali Sarabi referred to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution’s emphasis on the need for spreading the Iranian-Islamic lifestyle, saying that the first step toward reaching this style of life is further acquaintance with the Holy Quran.
He referred to the organization of the country’s greatest Quranic festival in Estahban, Fars province, in which 150 memorizers of the entire Quran were present, hoping that learning the Quran by heart would further spread in the country.
Sarabi pointed to verse 59 of Surah Al-An’am “… And no grain is there within the darknesses of the earth and no moist or dry [thing] but that it is [written] in a clear record,” stressing that everything is in the Holy Book, including the style of life.
“If we get acquainted with the Quran and refer to this Divine Book in all issues of life, it will certainly guide us and as the Infallibles (AS) have put it, the Quran is a guide that will never betray humans.”
He further underlined the role of families in fostering the Iranian-Islamic style of life, saying that parents should acquaint their children with the Quran since early childhood.
Sarabi added that all of the governmental bodies and institutions including the ministries of culture, education, youth, and sciences should also make endeavors in promoting this style of life.
He then underscored the role of the media in spreading this style of life and hoped the new Islamic and Quranic civilization will be materialized through the spread of the Islamic and Quranic lifestyle.
